Gentle Beginnings is a small collective of dedicated postpartum professionals serving families across New York City and New Jersey. We are doulas, newborn care specialists, lactation consultants, educators, and advocates—brought together by a shared passion for nurturing parents through the early weeks and months of life with a newborn.

Each member of our team brings unique experience and training, but we’re united by a common mission: to provide thoughtful, nonjudgmental support rooted in care and connection.
