She is a certified Postpartum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist, Infant & Family Educator, and Sleep Conditioning Specialist. Her work is rooted in compassion and respect. She enjoys helping parents feel confident, informed, and fully supported as they welcome their baby. Whether she is guiding feeding, establishing healthy routines, or simply providing emotional space during the early postpartum period, her aim is to bring peace, clarity, and steady care into the home.
