Hands-on help with feeding, recovery, newborn care and someone calm to answer every question.. You sleep. We handle feedings, soothing, and everything between midnight and morning.

Postpartum Doula Packages

Gentle Days

Recovery, guidance, and confidence in the early weeks.

Six weeks of expert daytime support for families who want hands-on help during the day, feeding guidance, newborn education, and light household support.

What's included:

A prenatal prep session at 34 weeks with Mia,
Weeks 1-2 4 daytime visits/ week (5 hours/visit)
Weeks 3-4: 3 daytime visits/week (5 hours/visit)
Weeks 5-6: 2 daytime visits/ week (5 hours/visit)
1-hour discharge meeting with Mia.

Best for: first-time parents who want daytime support and guidance without overnight coverage.

Dreamy Nights

Starting at $16,000

Our most comprehensive offering.

Six weeks of overnight care, the full GBC experience. Every night is covered in the early weeks, with a gradual, supported transition to independent nights. Designed for families who want the very best start.

What’s included:

1-hour prenatal prep session with Mia, GBC owner.
Weeks 1-4: 4 overnights/ week (10 hours/visit)
Weeks 5-6: 3 overnights/ week (10 hours/visit)
1-hour discharge meeting with Mia, GBC owner.

Best for: families who want seamless around-the-clock expert care from before birth through the first 6 weeks.

Night Owl Nurture

Starting at $23,000

Restorative sleep from night one.

12 weeks of dedicated overnight support, structured to ease you from intensive newborn care into a sustainable routine. You sleep. Your doula handles everything.

What's included:

1-hour prenatal prep session with Mia
Weeks 1–6: 4 overnights/week, 10 hours per night
Weeks 7–12: 3 overnights/week, 10 hours per night
1-hour discharge meeting with Mia

Best for: families prioritizing overnight sleep and steady sleep support from the start.
