A Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) focuses primarily on the care and well-being of your newborn, specializing in infant sleep and overnight care. NCS providers offer overnight support only. Please note: NCS services are typically NOT eligible for Carrot Fertility reimbursement. If you have fertility benefits through your employer, postpartum doula services may be the better fit. Newborn Care Specialist
Our Newborn Care Specialists provide dedicated overnight care focused exclusively on your baby, so you can get the rest you need to recover. NCS providers offer overnight support only (or 24-hour basis by arrangement).

Feeding support throughout the night (breast, bottle, or combination)
Diapering and soothing
Sleep guidance, routines, and sleep schedule development

Typically 10-12 hours per visit. Rates start at $55 an hour
Please note: NCS support is focused on baby care rather than holistic family wellness. Emotional support for parents, household tasks, and daytime support are not part of the NCS scope. For comprehensive day and night support, consider our Postpartum Doula services.
